For a global company specializing in professional services in the fields of digital transformation, cloud, and security, we are looking for a Specialist in Cloud Technology Sales. In this position, your sales experience, customer service passion, and proficiency in both German and English will be a perfect fit!
We are seeking an individual responsible for building relationships with clients, both existing and new accounts. Your tasks will include up-selling, cross-selling, and activating new accounts. You will analyze the business goals of our partners and provide concrete advice and guidance to help them succeed. Working with the sales team, you will create, maintain, and grow relationships with our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding the client portfolio
- Maintaining and increasing revenues
- Developing an understanding of our partners’ business goals
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships
- Analyzing key quantitative metrics and business trends
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or lead generation experience
- Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level
- Higher education
- Experience in telephone sales (both outbound and inbound)
- Experience working with established sales targets
- Willingness to expand industry knowledge through training and certifications
