Logistics and Transportation Specialist with German and English

Kraków – office work (during the induction period, then hybrid mode with 2 days from the office)

In this role, you will work closely with customs authorities to ensure that deliveries cross borders quickly and are delivered on time. Your main goal is to ensure that all checks and formalities are carried out efficiently, in accordance with regulations, and on schedule. Effective, courteous, and professional communication, as well as active problem-solving, are key in this role.

During a typical day at work:

You will prepare customs documents based on the provided transport documentation.
Check that all customs documents are correctly completed.
Contact clients via emails and calls to obtain missing or unclear information necessary for customs clearance.
Ensure that all shipment information is accurately entered into the relevant systems.
You will check customs documents to meet internal standards and ensure quick border crossing.

Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)
