Business Development Representative with German and English

Do you intend to build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor? Are you passionate about maximizing sales opportunities every day at work? Your task will be to provide the best customer service and create sales opportunities for our technology partner’s clients. You will develop existing customer relationships while building and maintaining strong bonds. Working both independently and in a multidisciplinary team, you will identify and solve the technological needs of the business in a cloud-based environment. You will report directly to the Operational Sales Manager, which will allow you to influence the success of the client and the overall success of the team.

Your typical workday includes:

  • Using your passion and knowledge of the brand to conduct sales negotiations and to clarify any customer objections.
  • Presenting, pricing, and negotiating about products with customers to make sales and simultaneously identifying sales opportunities.
  • Supporting customers, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies to high-level business contacts, supporting cloud-based technology.
  • The opportunity to follow the latest trends in the technology industry.

What we require from you

  • Experience in acquiring customers, developing their accounts, and negotiating.
  • Skills in building partnerships and communicating with decision-makers at the highest level to assess their needs.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages: German (min C1) and English (min B2).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales is welcome.

  • A base salary of 8500 PLN (~1800 EUR) gross plus a quarterly commission on results.
