We are seeking a Cloud Technology Client Advisor for a global company specializing in professional services in digital transformation, cloud, and security. This position is perfect if your negotiation and sales experience, your passion for customer service, and your proficiency in Slovenian and English align!

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and new clients. You will analyze the business goals of our partners and provide tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve success. By working with the sales team, you will build, maintain, and expand relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the client portfolio
• Maintaining and increasing revenue
• Understanding and developing our partners’ business goals
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships
• Analyzing key quantitative metrics and business trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Slovenian at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level
• Experience in sales and lead generation is highly desirable

• Higher education
• Experience in telephone sales (both outbound and inbound)
• Experience working with established sales targets
• Desire to expand industry knowledge through training and certifications
