For a global company specializing in professional services in digital transformation, cloud, and security, we are looking for a Cloud Technology Client Advisor. This position is perfect for you if your experience in negotiations and sales, your passion for customer service, and your proficiency in Slovenian and English come together!

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing relationships with clients from both existing and new accounts. You will analyze our partners’ business objectives and provide advice and specific guidance to help them succeed. Working with the sales team, you will nurture, maintain, and grow relationships with our clients.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing the client portfolio
• Maintaining and increasing revenue
• Understanding and developing our partners’ business goals
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships
• Analyzing key quantitative metrics and business trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Slovenian at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Experience in sales and lead generation is highly desirable.

• Experience in telephone sales (both outbound and inbound)
• Experience working with set sales targets
• Willingness to develop industry knowledge through training and certifications
