For a global company specializing in professional services in digital transformation, cloud, and security, we are looking for a Cloud Technology Customer Care Representative. This position is ideal for someone with experience in negotiations and sales, a passion for customer service, and proficiency in German and English!

We are seeking an individual responsible for developing relationships with clients, both existing and new. You will analyze our partners’ business goals and provide advice and specific guidance to help them succeed. Working with the sales team, you will create, maintain, and develop relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the client portfolio
  • Maintaining and increasing revenue
  • Understanding and developing our partners’ business goals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships
  • Analyzing key quantitative measures and business trends


  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
  • Experience in sales and lead generation is advantageous.

  • Experience in telephone sales (both outbound and inbound)
  • Experience working with set sales goals
  • Desire to develop industry knowledge through training and certifications
