For a global company specializing in professional services in the field of digital transformation, cloud, and security, we are looking for a Cloud Technology Customer Care Representative. This is a position where your experience in negotiations and sales, your passion for customer service, and your proficiency in German and English will be perfect!

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, both from existing and new accounts. You will analyze the business goals of our partners and provide advice and specific guidance to help them succeed. Working with the sales team, you will create, maintain, and develop relationships with our clients.

Your tasks will include:

  • Developing the client portfolio
  • Maintaining and increasing revenue
  • Developing and understanding the business goals of our partners
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships
  • Analyzing key quantitative measures and business trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of German at a minimum level of C1 and English at a minimum level of B2.
  • Experience in sales and lead generation is welcome.

  • Experience in telephone sales (both outbound and inbound)
  • Experience working with set sales targets
  • Willingness to develop industry knowledge through training and certifications
