We are looking for a person for the position of:

HR Specialist with German, who administers processes and performs administrative tasks required to support activities related to the employee lifecycle and responds to HR inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering employee documentation and contracts, leave process
• Acting as the main point of contact for HR inquiries (via phone, chat, and case management tools), identifying and delivering solutions for employees and managers
• Supporting HR functions and business lines by assisting employees with their daily HR queries
• Supporting HR system management
• Measuring and reporting to identify areas for improvement and inform solution recommendations
• Assisting in the implementation of new employee onboarding programs
• Supporting policy/onboarding process/creation of training materials

What we expect from you:

To succeed in this position, you need excellent knowledge of German (min B2) and English (min B2). Experience  in a Shared Service Center, will be an advantage.
