In this role, you will work closely with customs authorities to ensure that deliveries cross borders quickly and are delivered on time. Your main goal is to ensure that all checks and formalities are conducted efficiently, in accordance with regulations, and on time. In this role, effective, courteous, and professional communication is key, as is active problem-solving.

During a typical day at work:

• You will prepare customs documents based on the provided transportation documentation.
• You will check if all customs documents are correctly completed.
• You will contact clients via emails and phone calls to obtain missing or unclear information necessary for customs clearance.
• You will ensure that all information about the shipment is accurately entered into the relevant systems.
• You will review customs documents to meet internal standards and ensure quick border crossing.
