Senior Customer Success Management Analyst with German and English

We are seeking an individual responsible for developing relationships with clients from both existing and new accounts. You will analyze the business goals of our partners and provide advice and specific guidance to help them succeed. Working alongside the sales team, you will foster, maintain, and grow relationships with our clients. As a leader in customer success management, you will serve as a key point of contact for our business partners, offering support at every stage of the collaboration, especially during the initial phases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients in the post-sales implementation phase, product utilization, and exploring opportunities for renewal/expansion
  • Collaborating to implement change management, sharing best implementation practices, and resolving client issues to ensure successful transformations
  • Gaining a deep understanding of partners’ business goals in their markets, providing thoughtful insights to help them succeed
  • Serving as a subject matter expert, demonstrating knowledge of the product portfolio to benefit clients
  • Working with clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals to generate new revenue streams in existing accounts
  • Engaging with medium and large existing clients during the implementation or stable phases, or transformation stages; collaborating with end-users, operational, business, and financial decision-makers

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Required languages: English and German – minimum level C1

Preferred qualifications:

  • Higher education completed.
  • Utilizing interpersonal skills to communicate and build positive business relationships
  • Deep understanding of client concerns and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and the ability to derive sales/process/technical insights from customer interactions
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Proven track record of establishing deep technical relationships with executive IT positions in large or strategic accounts
  • Experience in customer success management and/or account management with an emphasis on pre- and post-sales technical consulting
